Merry Hotel Shanghai is a perfect meeting venue for corporate events.
Located on Level 5, the unique Merry Banquet Hall is one of the most renowned multi-function spaces in the hotel which covers an area of 550 m2. Facilities in the hall include a large stage, a premium audio system, wireless microphones and a 27 m2 LED screen. The hall is ideal for hosting conferences, business events and corporate brand shows. Its capacity allows for hosting a 460-seat large-scale conference, a 300 person cocktail party or 33 official banquet tables.
We also provide an additional 9 meeting rooms that are spacious and bright. All of the meeting rooms are well equipped with the latest audio-visual equipment and offer a wide variety of theme decorations and banquet planning solutions to meet your needs.
Free WIFI access is available in every banquet hall and in the conference center. Coffee, black tea, desert and fruit for tea breaks are also available.
