Guests who have booked the executive room or suite and members of the hotel’s Elite Club can check in and out directly from the Lounge. Here, guests can enjoy a customized breakfast, afternoon tea, snacks, soft drinks and beer all free of charge. It is also an ideal venue for receiving visitors and holding meetings. Furthermore, we provide business support including copy and print, Internet access, delivery services, etc.

- Housekeeping Service
Our considerate housekeeping service has become our well-recognized “gold standard.” With a care for details, housekeeping staff members offer our guests customized services that often exceed expectations. For instance, from time to time our staff will provide guests with anti-smog/dust masks, children’s toothbrushes, slippers and bubble bath products, just to name a few.
- Free Shuttle Bus Service
In the mornings from Monday to Friday, our hotel schedules three shuttle bus trips that travel to and from Plaza 66 and Jing’ an Temple (Jing’ an Temple Station, Metro Line 2) free of charge to hotel guests. You can book the shuttle bus one day in advance at the Concierge or our service center. Seating is limited.
- Travel Service
Our hotel provides EGoBus services from the airport to the hotel which is available for booking at the Concierge via telephone.
Two EVCARD electric cars are also available for rental at the main hotel entrance. With the convenience of a mobile app, guests can pick up, park nearby, return the car to any hotspot and settle the bill then and there. The rates are 0.5 RMB/minute, 15 RMB for the first 30 minutes and 180 RMB for 24 hours.

All guests can check the latest sports scores or catch up on breaking news with our complimentary high-speed WiFi service.
For greater security and connection stability, feel free to use an Ethernet cable located in the meeting areas and in each hotel room.
